About the Program:

Our New Talent Program is designed for newly licensed individuals who are highly self-motivated and place them in an environment that will fast-forward their learning, education, technical and communication skills. The program will prepare individuals for real, behind the chair experiences that traditional schooling cannot teach. The end result — placement within the Companies as a successful Silver Level Hairstylist with all necessary skill sets for innovative hair services and immediate client retention.

The timeline of our New Talent Program can be flexible and suited to the New Talent’s learning needs. Our New Talent Program is broken down into phases in order to excel as a successful Hairstylist. Mentors will work closely with their student to perfect subjects such as: blow-drying and styling, haircutting, color theory, corrective color theory trending techniques, effective consultations and social media presence.
