Sales Associate – EILEEN FISHER
We’re looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to a positive, collaborative store environment. In this role, you will help build long‑lasting client relationships, support store goals, and represent the EILEEN FISHER brand, values, and commitment to sustainability and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive, personalized service to every customer.
Build client relationships and maintain a growing client book.
Support store sales goals and partner with the team to drive business results.
Utilize technology for customer outreach, virtual appointments, and communication.
Maintain product knowledge of EILEEN FISHER apparel, fabrics, and brand stories.
Execute visual merchandising, restocking, light cleaning, and other operational tasks.
Uphold our values of authenticity, connection, creativity, and purpose.

Qualifications:

Retail or service‑industry experience required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
