Free Friday Night Summer Concert Series (June 3-August 26)

Friday night, throughout the summer, some of the area’s top bands are performing live on Main Street at Hunt Valley Towne Centre​. So come enjoy free concerts — and enjoy great music, shopping, food and fun.

Always Free. From 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. –And be sure to join us in one of our TWO BEER & WINE GARDENS, hosted by different HVTC restaurants each week!

PLUS! New this year, arrive early each Friday to enjoy a complimentary magic show beginning at 6:30pm featuring The Magic and Comedy of Liam Laugherty! (Magic Show will take place on island pavers between DSW and Greetings & Readings). Other family friendly vendors are available throughout the evening, including Fresh Bites – Snow Domes, Balloon Art and more.

6/10/16  –  Different Sisters  –  Different Sisters is a versatile band featuring established Baltimore musicians who enjoy entertaining all audiences. 6/17/16  –   Appaloosa –  Appaloosa was formed in early 1971.  The original vision was to play popular songs with good vocals and strong, instrumental backing; all the while, pleasing their audience and creating a party atmosphere wherever they go!  http://www.appaloosaband.net/

7/1/16  –   Josh Christina and Good Old Stuff –  Keeping the music of the 1950’s alive, Josh Christina, a young piano player from Baltimore County, has perfected his art of playing Rock n Roll. Influenced by Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Fats Domino and Ray Charles, Josh mixes it up with a blend of rock n roll, country and blues.

*7/22/16  –  Good Rockin’ Daddy’s –   Enjoy the rockin’ romance of the 1950’s and 60’s!  Talented front man, guitarist and vocalist, Sam Miller heads up this group of seasoned players.  Many of you will know Sam from the Muleman Band and Big Cam and the Lifters.  Come on out and dance!

*7/29/16 –  Impulse – A group comprised of seasoned musicians who for many years have performed and played professionally with Baltimore’s top bands at the area’s finest venues.  Their playlist is extremely versatile with songs that everyone will know and enjoy.  Instrumentally and vocally they are one of the most entertaining bands in the region.

*Choo Choo Blue, the B&O Railroad Museum’s train mascot, is rolling into Hunt Valley Towne Centre for the July 29th Friday Night Concert Series! Arrive early with the little ones to enjoy a special visit from B&O Railroad Museum from 6:30pm to 7:30pm and meet Choo Choo Blue. While you’re there, enter a drawing for the chance to win four tickets to the B&O Railroad Museum, enjoy fun activities and check out the train toys available for purchase!


*8/5/16  –   Junkyard Saints   – Junkyard Saints is a DC/Baltimore-based seven-piece band with full horn section, performing its own brand of New Orleans-style party music, blending funk, swing, Latin and R&B, with a splash of zydeco to round out the mix.  Come party with this high energy band!  http://www.junkyardsaints.com

8/12/16  –  The Klassix  – The Klassix are known for pleasing crowds with their distinct renditions of popular, danceable, classic Top-40 music of all genres and generations. One of the regions premiere variety bands, celebrating 30 years together this year!


8/19/16  –   Tony Berry and New Money – (Updated) Fronted by local legend Tony Berry, the band specializes in 60’s and 70’s Motown, Soul and R&B. http://tonyberryandnewmoney.yolasite.com/


8/26/16  –   Downtown –   Before the Blues Brothers, before the Big Chill, before the Commitments, there was Downtown.  Anticipating the resurgence of classic R&B and the soul explosions of the 1960’s, a group of talented singers, musicians and songwriters established a musical powerhouse through their love of soulful music!  Like most great vintages, they travel well.  http://downtownband.com/index.html
